Digital Technologies at KPS

1-1 learning is where both student and teacher have one internet connected netbook computer for use at school and at home. Currently this program is in place through Years 5 and 6.
​
Years 3 and 4 have access to a fully stocked computer trolley for each year level. The laptop trollies are housed in each department's learning space. The junior department have a shared netbook trolley for years 1, 2 and Foundation. These trollies are a fantastic resource for the school and will make ICT sessions for all year levels much more efficient and beneficial.

Every classroom has access to an iPad, which is used for recording videos and taking pictures, as well as being equipped with a number of interactive apps. Every classroom teacher also has access to an interactive whiteboard in order to facilitate student engagement and learning.

Each classroom teachers aims to embed technology throughout the curriculum to:
